Dymify ("I," "my") operates dymify.com and provides done-for-you Meta ads management for real estate teams. This policy explains what data I collect, how I use it, and your rights.
From website visitors: I use Google Search Console for aggregate traffic analytics. No personal identifiers are collected through the website itself.
From contact forms and email: If you contact me at contact@dymifyteam.com or apply via the Calendly link, I retain your name, email address, and brokerage details to respond to your inquiry and assess fit.
From ad campaign management: When I manage Meta ad campaigns on behalf of clients, I access campaign performance data, lead form submissions, and CRM data as authorized by the client. This data is used solely to optimize campaign performance and deliver leads to the client's pipeline.
Contact and application data is used to: respond to inquiries, assess market fit, and onboard new clients. Campaign and lead data is used to optimize ad performance and report results to the client. I do not sell personal data. I do not use client or lead data for any purpose outside the agreed service.
I share data only with service providers necessary to deliver the service: Meta (Facebook/Instagram ad platform), calendar and CRM platforms connected by the client (Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Lofty, GoHighLevel). Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Contact and application inquiries are retained for 12 months. Campaign performance data is retained for the duration of the client relationship and up to 12 months after. Clients may request deletion at any time.
You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@dymifyteam.com. I will respond within 30 days. California residents may have additional rights under CCPA.
Leads generated through Meta ad campaigns have opted in via the lead form on the ad. The consent basis is the form submission on the Meta platform. If you submitted a form and want to be removed from a client's outreach, contact the brokerage directly or email contact@dymifyteam.com with your request.
This service is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect data from minors.
I may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
